Use of tee moulding machine for pipe fittings
The tee water expansion molding machine for metal pipe fittings is a special machine for making three connections of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
The tee machine adopts the principle of liquid drawing (bulging) in the tube and pushes the thickness of the wall to 16 mm. The equipment can realize two kinds of operation modes: point motion and semi-automatic operation. The cylinder of left and right side adopts hydraulic synchronous mode. The stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily by stroke switch. The supercharging has the characteristics of pressure relief, safety and reliability, and high production efficiency.
