Elbow pusher is a traditional product of pipe equipment factory, mainly used to produce various diameter and wall thickness elbow pipe fittings with curvature radius of 1 ~ 2.5d.  With the development of deep processing technology of steel pipe in our factory, the product has been improved completely.  The equipment has integrated super short stress line cone die expanding, digital control medium frequency induction heating, the application of no back pressure energy consumption hydraulic transmission technology.  All gates are opened and closed by the use of electromagnetic directional valve, realize the gate site and operating platform double control, at the same time increase the raw material steel pipe hydraulic clamping and other automation technology, and combined with the factory's hot expanding machine technology, the corresponding production of four cylinder extra-thick elbow pipe push machine and other hydraulic push equipment.  The equipment is equipped with intermediate frequency power heating system, constant temperature control system, can realize one person operation control of multiple equipment, energy saving health, safe operation and other functions.  

Application: seamless steel pipe, straight seam welded steel pipe and spiral welded pipe.  1, elbow specification range: outer diameter: φ25mm ~ φ1420mm;  Wall thickness: 5mm ~ 120mm;  (Design and manufacture the equipment in sections)  

Angle: 22.5°, 45°, 90°, 135° and any Angle required by users;
